3D Graphic Designer Required in Dubai - Dubai
Responsibilities
Conceptualization and Design:
Generate innovative and visually appealing design concepts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, web assets, print collateral, and promotional materials (reels, flyers, motion flyers).
Collaborate with the production team, including photographers and videographers, to integrate visual elements seamlessly into design projects.
Work closely with the marketing team to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure consistency in design elements and brand guidelines across all projects to maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand identity for our clients.
Work closely with the account managers to understand the client’s brand aesthetics and incorporate them into the design process.
Creative Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, and the production team, to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that meet client objectives.
Provide design support for presentations, pitches, and team meetings.
Stress Management:
Demonstrate effective stress management skills in handling tight deadlines and pressure situations.
Maintain composure and focus in a fast-paced environment to consistently deliver high-quality design work.
Flexibility:
Adapt and pivot creatively to meet changing project requirements and client needs.
Embrace a flexible mindset, readily adjusting to evolving design challenges and project dynamics.
Stay Updated on Design Trends:
Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the quality and relevance of our design output.
Skills & Experience
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Proficient in Branding (brand guides, logo design), video editing(reels), motion graphics (animations), 3D animations (for cgi reels).
Knowledge of web design principles and experience creating assets for online platforms.
Portfolio:
Showcase a diverse portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of design principles, creativity, and the ability to work on various types of projects.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
Time Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.”
