As a Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with acquiring a comprehensive understanding of our business, the benefits our services offer to clients, and the nuances of the products we use. Knowledge about the implications of the advice we provide and the dynamics of our client relationships is crucial.

1. Source new prospects through various channels.

2. Contact new prospects via telephone to introduce the business and schedule appointments.

3. Promptly follow up with all company-provided leads.

4. Handle company-provided leads in an effective manner.

5. Manage calendars and diaries to arrange meetings at suitable times.

6. Cultivate relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.

7. Follow up with third parties involved in the sales process, including pension administrators, trustees, and life companies.

8. Meet all key performance indicators (KPIs) to surpass company minimum targets.

Candidates should be fluent in English, possess proven sales ability, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset.
