Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will analyze market trends and provide clients with advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages. Additionally, you will manage and maintain client relationships, provide customer service, and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications

Expertise in real estate: knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends
Excellent consulting, communication, and customer service skills
Proven sales track record in the real estate industry
Ability to create and maintain relationships with clients
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Drive to achieve sales targets

It would be beneficial for the candidate to have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, with specialization in Real Estate. Experience in Dubai's real estate industry is a plus.
