Exciting career opportunities for Real Estate Sales professionals in the UAE. Job involves selling “Off Plan” properties. These are high end projects within prestigious locations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with a top Real estate development company focused on developing high end villas, luxury residential projects, commercial buildings and master development projects.
Job details:
Follow & keep abreast of real estate market trends, industry information and guidelines issued by relevant authorities.
Analyze potential sales opportunities for direct and indirect sales.
Develop a strong broker network across UAE and activate brokers based on project launch programs and available inventory.
Regularly meet with brokers to deliver presentations on product details and run campaigns for launch events.
Pursue potential sales leads to achieve successful closure rates.
Diligently work on marketing leads to generate potential customer pipeline.
Focus from time to time on strategic product positioning and special offers.
Collaborate with brokers, agents and clients to handle objections, queries and clarification points.
Plan and set timely action plans to cover company business projections.
Extensively campaign in broker network circles to create market buzz and subsequently close deals to meet campaign targets.
Focus on festive and special offers to generate sales as per planned projections.
Build a prospective sales pipeline and achieve set sales targets.
Comply with established processes and procedures.
Adhere to working with systems, documentation and data management procedures.
Manage activities as listed against set KPI’s.
Work between Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices / locations.
Candidate profile:
Prefer Bachelors / Tertiary education qualification
Profound knowledge of the UAE Real Estate industry.
Candidate should preferably have a minimum of 3 years relevant Real Estate sales experience in UAE.
Candidate should have strong knowledge of sales processes & procedures.
Good command of English language with business proficiency in one more additional language (prefer Arabic / Russian / any European language).
