Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Cheshno Showroom. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium chandeliers and carpets, providing personalized service to clients, and contributing to the overall success of our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in the showroom to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored product recommendations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Drive sales through effective communication of product features, benefits, and unique selling points of our luxury chandeliers and carpets.
Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice on design and styling.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the showroom team to create visually appealing displays that highlight our luxury products.
Participate in showroom events and promotions to enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to assist in inventory management and product development.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in high-end retail sales, preferably in luxury home decor, lighting, or carpets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
Passion for luxury design and an eye for detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
