As an HR Generalist, you will run the daily functions of the HR department including all the administrative transactional works and enforcing company policies and practices. You will ensure all employee records are up to date with confidentiality using the Human Resources Information Systems.


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources and office administration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Software Skills – Proficiency in using office software and HR information systems for record-keeping.
Communication Skills – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees and external parties.
Time Management Skills – Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage workload.
Multi-tasking Skills- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in English and Arabic
