Job Description :

Collaborate closely with senior management to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to hire a minimum of 10 sales agents.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and industry connections, to attract qualified candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for the sales agent role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates to ensure suitability for the position.
Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate employment terms as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities using the company's applicant tracking system.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive recruitment experience.
Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in real estate recruitment.
Maintain the documents and details of employees’ Passports, visas, Emirates IDs, Labor cards, and Employment contract start and expiry dates to ensure they are processed for renewal (1) one month before the due date.
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
