Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and coordinates human resource management activities of Sunset Hospitality Group to maximize the strategic use of human resources.
Administering the HR Policies, and verifying all procedures to make sure that they are in conformity with the UAE Labor Law.
Maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, time management, employee development activities and payroll management.
Support operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
Effective management of legal activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in Human Resources within Hospitality Industry.
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
