Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Dubai. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing Recruitment, HR policies, personnel management, employee benefits, and supporting employees in a variety of HR-related tasks, including onboarding, training, and performance management.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
Demonstrated experience in HR management, including employee benefits, personnel management, and HR policies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and foster positive relationships with employees at all levels
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Relevant HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are a plus
