IT Support Engineer Required in Dubai - Dubai
Adding three more IT Support Engineers to provide IT Support for our Valuable AMC Clients.
Responsibilities
IT Support for Network and Systems (Onsite and Online)
Attend Customer Requests at IT Help Desk.
Manage and Solve Tickets with SLA.
Prepare IT Systems and Services Status Reports.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 Years Experience in UAE.
Microsoft MCSE/MCITP Certifications.
Microsoft Azure Skills.
CCNA and other Network Management Certifications.
Degree in IT or Related subjects.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills (English).
Must Have:
Minimum 2 Year IT Support Experience.
CCNA and MCSE/MCITP Certifications.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills (English).
