This role is for our upcoming project - Regional Food Hub

Abu Dhabi Food Hub – KEZAD is a public-private partnership in the food industry between AD Ports Group and Ghassan Aboud Group. It is an exclusive marketplace built to facilitate domestic and international food trade. With modern infrastructure facilities, supported by an ecosystem of logistics services providers, government-backed services and general commercial services, the market is set to become the new center for food trading and logistics in the region.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and create new opportunities for commercial value creation for both the physical hub and the digital platform develop and execute leasing strategy, seller onboarding, establish and maintain new client network.
Responsible for mapping customer and product supply chains, building efficient products and solutions to facilitate food trade.
Responsible for full life cycle of sales / leasing and meeting financial targets for physical food hub and digital marketplace - from developing prospective client base, identification of an opportunity with a new client, understanding and responding to potential clients' needs and objectives, understanding risks, developing value proposition and solutions, contract negotiations, execution of proposals to onboarding clients.
Initiate and participate in the engagement with key facilitators and enablers of trade and Investments, internally within the company, within UAE and across global markets required to successfully execute commercial strategy.
Strengthen business ties; coordinate meetings between clients / potential clients and technical or other key individuals involved in making business and / or investment decisions.
Manage pipeline and business forecasting through proper implementations and usage of company tools.
Carry out necessary market research on emerging markets, potential clients, and competitors, and develop and execute sales presentations to potential clients.
