Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, creating HR policies, and other related HR management tasks. This is an on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

Strong experience in HR management, and HR operations
Excellent knowledge of HR policies and employee relations
Ability to work independently and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations in UAE
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English is required, Arabic proficiency is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
Professional certifications in HR Management is a plus

Salary 5k-7k
valid driving licence
