Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Raseed Invest in Dubai. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing employee benefits, developing and implementing HR policies, personnel management, and HR administration. The Human Resources Specialist will also work closely with The hiring manager to process the employees visas, work permits and related documentations, and managing employees benefits.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
Experience in processing processing the employees visas, work permits and related documentations.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations
Experience in HR management and personnel management
Experience in designing and implementing HR policies and employee benefits programs
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
